RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Customers in Europe have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A cancellation request must be made in writing within the 14-day period. You can find the appropriate cancellation form on our "RETURN & REFUND POLICY" page.
If your shipment arrives damaged due to transport, please do not open the package. Instead, document the damage with photos and inform us immediately.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed according to our policy.
