FUNCTION
The ultimate way to grill steaks.
Grilling with tongs is particularly easy and gives you maximum control over the food. Preparation is effortless, ensuring gentle yet efficient grilling.
The intense heat and three powerful heat sources cook both sides of the meat to perfection at the same time.
Simply place the meat in the tongs, close them, and enjoy.
The grill is equipped with three removable charcoal baskets that are easy to fill. Simply load them with charcoal and firelighters, light them from below, reinsert them, and after 12 to 14 minutes, you're ready to start grilling.
The vertical arrangement of the charcoal creates a natural chimney effect and ensures fast, even, and extremely efficient burning.
There are two areas below the grill zone: the upper Gastronorm container reliably catches ash and fat, while the second serves as a resting area for the meat.
Thanks to the removable partition, you can switch between approx. 60°C and 120°C, depending on whether the meat needs to be gently rested or cooked further with precision.
This gives you full control at all times. A well-thought-out solution for perfect results every time you grill.
